Hey Everyone! I am Monique Koscielak, I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful girls, a licensed cosmetologist, certified eyelash technician, certified lash educator and a salon owner! I am so pleased to be offering state board certified eyelash technician training for the state of Arizona! You can now become a Certified Eyelash Technician when taking a state board certified course and you do not need your cosmetology license or aesthetics license to do lashes in a salon in the state of Arizona.
